Sauteed Vegetables with Chicken and Spices

Ingredients:

Olive oil (as needed)

200 g chicken breast

2 garlic cloves
-
Cumin (as needed)
-
Paprika (as needed)
-
2 slices of ginger root
-
1 cinnamon stick
-
1 bunch of fresh chives
-
1 onion
-
150 g green beans
-
1 red bell pepper
-
150 g bean sprouts
-
150 g snap peas
-
1 zucchini
Preparation:
In a pan, place the chicken breast cut into strips and add the sliced garlic cloves, olive oil, thyme, and paprika. Mix well. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add pepper and ginger slices. Peel and slice the onion into half-moons, prepare and finely slice the green beans and red bell pepper. Grate the zucchini. Add the vegetables (bean sprouts, snap peas, bell peppers, green beans, zucchini) and cinnamon stick to the chicken and mix well. If necessary, add a little water. Cook over low heat until the vegetables are tender.
