Greek yogurt and berry waffles

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1 plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Flower of salt to taste
- 14 berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, currants)
Preparation:
Grind the rolled oats to a flour. In a bowl, beat the egg, egg whites, oats, yeast and pinch of salt. Mix very well until you obtain a homogeneous dough without lumps. In a waffle iron (or in a non-stick pan) cook the waffles. Serve with a spoonful of Greek yogurt and berry spread.
