French garlic rolls

Ingredients:

  • 2 turkey fillets
  • 2 French garlic
  • 300g fresh mushrooms cut in quarters
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 slices of cured cheese
  • 4 wooden toothpicks

Preparation:

Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Cut the French garlic into slices.
Stretch the turkey fillet and on each fillet put a slice of cheese and a pile of French garlic. Carefully roll up and secure with toothpicks. On a baking sheet, place the quartered mushrooms and on top of the rolls. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven.
