Cold melon soup with ham

Ingredients:
- ½ melon
- 1 cucumber50g ham
- 100 ml natural kefir
- 4 mint leaves
- 4 ice cubes
- pepper to taste
- 2 chopsticks
Preparation:
Remove the seeds from the melon. With your own utensil make 4 melon balls and set aside. Mix the remaining melon with the kefir, pepper and mint leaves and mash, add the ice cubes and mash again. In a non-stick pan or grill, grill the ham slices. On each toothpick, make mini skewers by interspersing grilled ham rolls, mint leaves and melon balls. Serve the chilled soup with the mini skewers.
Note: pay attention to the amount of fruits and dairy products consumed on the same day. The quantities stipulated in the program must be respected.
