Banana & Nut Smoothie
- 4 tablespoons rolled oats
- 5 almonds
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk, water, or juice
- A pinch of cinnamon
Strawberry & Spinach Smoothie
- 4 tablespoons rolled oats
- 5 hazelnuts
- 10 strawberries
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 cup milk, water, or juice
Berry & Almond Smoothie
- 4 tablespoons rolled oats
- 10 almonds
- 10–14 mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup milk, water, or juice
Just blend and enjoy! :)
