Almond Flour Pizza (Keto-Friendly)

Ingredients:

For the base:

  • 200 g almond flour
  • 70 g ground psyllium husk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1½ cups boiling water

For the sauce:

  • ½ can chopped tomatoes
  • Your favorite herbs and spices

Method:

  1. Blend the sauce ingredients together until smooth. Separately, blend all the dough ingredients.
  2. After a few minutes, once the dough has cooled slightly, shape it into a pizza crust with damp hands—any shape you like.
  3. Bake at 350°F (180°C) with top and bottom heat—preferably on a baking tray—for about 20 minutes, or until the crust turns lightly golden.
  4. Remove from the oven, spread the sauce evenly over the crust, and add toppings allowed at your stage of the program (e.g., lean ham, mushrooms, mozzarella).
  5. Bake for another 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, arugula, or any other toppings you like.
