Almond Flour Pizza (Keto-Friendly)

Ingredients:
For the base:
- 200 g almond flour
- 70 g ground psyllium husk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp Himalayan salt
- 1½ cups boiling water
For the sauce:
- ½ can chopped tomatoes
- Your favorite herbs and spices
Method:
- Blend the sauce ingredients together until smooth. Separately, blend all the dough ingredients.
- After a few minutes, once the dough has cooled slightly, shape it into a pizza crust with damp hands—any shape you like.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) with top and bottom heat—preferably on a baking tray—for about 20 minutes, or until the crust turns lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, spread the sauce evenly over the crust, and add toppings allowed at your stage of the program (e.g., lean ham, mushrooms, mozzarella).
- Bake for another 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, arugula, or any other toppings you like.
