But how does it help with weight loss?

Weight loss will be a result of inflammation reduction combined with a low-carbohydrate and calorie-restricted diet. With the inflammation reduction that occurs throughout the process, your metabolism becomes more efficient and responds better to calorie restriction. You lose weight and volume more easily and quickly, without feeling hungry.

Weight loss involves the loss of body fat, which is often not detected on the scale.

The scale weighs everything you put on it. So imagine, if your intestines are full, your bladder is full, your stomach is full, you will weigh all of this when you step on the scale. Similarly, it will measure your skin, bones, muscles, body water, and fat.

Weighing is not always a good indicator of results. For this reason, we always ask you to take measurements and photographs to track the progress of the process. This is the most concrete way to assess results, based on the difference in your body's appearance (which reflects the evolution of the desired body composition = less body fat).
