Watercress Smoothie

Watercress Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
  • 1 pinch of ground malagueta (allspice)
  • 100 g of watercress
  • 50 g of lettuce
  • 4 stalks of basil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ fennel bulb with branch
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 100 ml of water
  • Freshly ground pepper for garnish

Preparation:

Soak the seeds for a few hours. Strain them through a sieve to remove excess water. Reduce them to a puree. Add the remaining ingredients and puree until smooth. You can sprinkle with freshly ground pepper when serving.
