Lettuce or cabbage roll

Wash the cabbage well and blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute. Immediately run the leaf under cold water to stop the cooking and so that the leaf is not too soft. Place the leaf on a board and cut off the stem by making a cut, being careful not to cut the leaf in half. Stuff the cabbage leaf (or lettuce leaf) with chicken/tuna/ham/cheese and roll it up, you can put the rolls in a lunch box or cooler and take them to the beach.
