New Year Detox

Breakfast

1 bowl of fruit: 1 slice of pineapple + ½ pomegranate + 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds

Morning Snack

Carrot sticks

Lunch

Colorful Salad

  • 100 g spinach

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 tomato

  • 2 radishes

  • Salt to taste

  • Olive oil to taste

  • Lemon juice to taste

Preparation:
Wash all the vegetables. Peel and dice the cucumber. Slice the tomato and radish. Mix all the vegetables in a salad bowl, season to taste with salt, olive oil, and lemon juice, and mix well.

Afternoon Snack

1 orange with cinnamon

Dinner

Pumpkin Cream

  • 150 g zucchini

  • 200 g pumpkin

  • 100 g leek

  • 1 onion

  • Salt to taste

Preparation:
Wash and prepare the vegetables: peel and dice the zucchini, peel and dice the pumpkin, slice the leek, peel the onion, and cut it into half-moons. Place the vegetables in a pot and add water until they are submerged. Season with salt and bring to a boil. Once the vegetables are cooked, blend them well until achieving a smooth cream.
